• Assist the payroll team with day‑to‑day global payroll operations.
• Ensure accurate payroll payments to employees across multiple jurisdictions.
• Calculate and process employee payrolls in accordance with company policies and tax regulations.
• Perform essential reconciliations to ensure payroll accuracy.
• Generate reports and maintain payroll records.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve payroll discrepancies with clarity and transparency.
• Assist with timely responses to inquiries as needed.
• Address and resolve any payroll‑related issues or discrepancies, including incorrect payments, missed deductions, or employee inquiries about their pay.
• Provide collaborative assistance to payroll stakeholders regarding payroll‑related matters.
• Carry out other assigned duties as needed.

• Previous experience in payroll processing or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with keen attention to detail and effective problem‑solving skills to address payroll issues efficiently.
• Proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Demonstrates sound judgment in decision‑making processes and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with employees and management.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines, including extended hours if necessary.
• Maintains confidentiality with a high level of honesty and integrity.
• Ability to identify deficiencies in processes, suggest improvements for efficiency, and implement enhancements.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or a related field.
• Certification from the American Payroll Association, such as the Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC).
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

The base salary range for this position is $70,000-$75,000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This position will be open through March 31, 2026.
