Your opportunity Responsibilities- Assist the payroll team with day‑to‑day global payroll operations.
- Ensure accurate payroll payments to employees across multiple jurisdictions.
- Calculate and process employee payrolls in accordance with company policies and tax regulations.
- Perform essential reconciliations to ensure payroll accuracy.
- Generate reports and maintain payroll records.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve payroll discrepancies with clarity and transparency.
- Assist with timely responses to inquiries as needed.
- Address and resolve any payroll‑related issues or discrepancies, including incorrect payments, missed deductions, or employee inquiries about their pay.
- Provide collaborative assistance to payroll stakeholders regarding payroll‑related matters.
- Carry out other assigned duties as needed.

- Previous experience in payroll processing or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with keen attention to detail and effective problem‑solving skills to address payroll issues efficiently.
- Proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Demonstrates sound judgment in decision‑making processes and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with employees and management.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines, including extended hours if necessary.
- Maintains confidentiality with a high level of honesty and integrity.
- Ability to identify deficiencies in processes, suggest improvements for efficiency, and implement enhancements.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or a related field.
- Certification from the American Payroll Association, such as the Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC).
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

The base salary range for this position is $70,000-$75,000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This position will be open through March 31, 2026.
