The OpportunityWe're at an inflection point. As our company scales, our hiring demand is accelerating and our systems, processes, and infrastructure must evolve with it. We are intentionally transforming Talent Acquisition from a reactive, manual function into a high-performing, scalable hiring engine. The purpose of this role is to enable stronger, faster, and more predictable hiring delivery across the organization. You will serve as the right hand to the Director of TA and architect the operational backbone that powers hiring output.
This is not a maintenance role - it is a build-and-optimize mandate. You'll own the programs, processes, and infrastructure that remove friction, increase recruiter capacity, strengthen candidate experience, and improve hiring outcomes you are energized by building systems, leading change, and turning ambiguity into structure - this role was built for you.
Hiring Process Optimization & Technology Enablement:
You will redesign how hiring gets done.
- Evaluate and reengineer end-to-end TA workflows to increase efficiency and scalability
- Identify automation opportunities and eliminate manual bottlenecks
- Improve ATS utilization, system workflows, and reporting accuracy
- Establish strong data governance practices to ensure integrity and actionable insights
- Translate operational improvements into measurable gains in hiring delivery
- Lead change management efforts to drive adoption and accountability
- Success in this area directly increases recruiter capacity and hiring throughput
You will elevate our apprenticeship program into a scalable, strategic talent pipeline.
- Design structure, governance, and measurement frameworks
- Standardize program experience and outcomes
- Partner cross-functionally to align workforce needs with long-term talent development
- Ensure the program delivers measurable hiring impact
You will ensure our growth does not outpace our experience
- Redesign candidate journey touchpoints to reduce friction and increase engagement
- Partner with Marketing and Communications to align employer brand with lived candidate experience
- Develop scalable EVP activation across hiring channels
- Ensure seamless transition from offer to onboarding
- Balance speed, quality, and experience in a high-growth environment
- Act as a trusted thought partner to the Director of TA
- Influence across TA, Marketing, HR, and Business Leaders
- Use data to prioritize initiatives and measure impact
- Bring structure and clarity to evolving processes
- Build for scale - not just solve for today
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, or Program Management
- 2+ years leading teams
- Demonstrated success improving hiring operations in a scaling or evolving organization
- Experience strengthening ATS utilization and reporting accuracy
- Strong cross-functional program management capability
- Proven change management experience in legacy or manual environments
- Analytical mindset with the ability to connect operational work to hiring output
- Builder mentality with a bias toward execution
- Clear, confident communicator who can influence without authority
