Client Relationship Manager, Business Development
Infosys is seeking a Client Partner, Communication Services vertical in the United States.
Role Description- Client relationship management and business development: manage up to $30-50M client portfolio and own opportunity management cycle.
- Client delivery assurance: collaborate with delivery stakeholders to fulfill all client commitments.
- Account planning and governance: create account plans, identify opportunities, make pricing decisions, and address threats.
- Conduct research, competitor analysis, client presentations, estimation efforts, proposals, and negotiations.
- Collaborate with Delivery Manager to resolve people or infrastructure issues affecting project delivery.
- Balance multiple projects and resources across delivery managers or competency units.
- Drive revenues from go-to-market solutions sponsored by the business unit.
- Work with Solutions Leader to build customized solution pitches and deliver solutions to the account scope.
- Provide pre‑sales proposal support for new business development.
- Build future alliances with relevant product vendors.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (or 3 years of progressive experience in lieu of one year of education).
- 11+ years of experience with strong sales/relationship management/account management background.
- Significant business development and project management experience.
- Experience in the relevant industry/vertical.
- Track record of interacting and building relationships with C‑level client contacts.
- Hands‑on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience.
- Authorized to work in the United States without employer‑based visa sponsorship (Infosys cannot provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time).
- Knowledge of industry‑specific go‑to‑market solutions.
- Good understanding of industry‑specific business issues and drivers.
- Global Delivery Model experience.
- Experience managing large multi‑location consulting engagement teams.
- Track record as an Account Manager in a rapidly growing client relationship.
