Overview

The Community Relations Coordinator is responsible for driving campus occupancy through strategic referral development and guiding prospective residents and families from initial inquiry through move-in. This role combines external business development with relationship-based sales in a mission-driven senior living community.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain referral partnerships with healthcare providers and community organizations

• Generate leads and increase campus census through outreach and networking

• Manage all inquiries and convert leads to tours and move-ins

• Conduct personalized tours and support families throughout the decision process

• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system

• Monitor market trends and competitor activity

• Collaborate with campus teams to ensure a smooth move-in experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

• Five or more years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development

• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales or occupancy goals

• Senior living or long-term care experience preferred

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
