Manager of Consumer Experience – Home Dog
The first of its kind,
Home Dog is an innovative membership-focused community combining a dog-friendly coworking space with doggy daycare and on-site bar/coffee shop. The venue offers members and their dogs an all-inclusive experience to work and play with social events, local food trucks, and pop-up dog services.
Do you want to be a core part of building the culture of a startup business that caters to dogs, people, and a growing community? If so, Home Dog is looking to fill a key role that will help us create a second home for dogs and dog lovers. As a Manager of Consumer Experience, you will wear many hats, and have a unique opportunity to shape an exciting new business from the ground up.
This role requires an always-charged social battery, advanced people skills, ambition, and elite ability to multitask.

- Work the floor, engage with members and dogs, and help resolve any issues
- Oversee member booking platform and check-in for both coworking and dog daycare
- Ensure members are adhering to all Home Dog rules and policies while at the venue
- Plan creative social events for members, coordinating with external organizations and vendors
- Observe member activity and consistently suggest ways to adapt business to improve experience
- Strong love and comfort level with dogs and people!
- At least 21 years old
- Willingness to help everyone on the team with all aspects of the business
- Proficient verbal and written communication including data-entry ability
- Availability to work weekdays and weekends, adapting AM, mid, and evening shifts to the needs of the business
- Ability to stand, bend, and walk throughout your shift – it is physically demanding
- Willingness to work outside as needed in various weather conditions
- The physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle. Free parking provided.
- Previous animal handling/care experience preferred, not required
- No overnights! We offer daycare only.
