Senior Technical Architect focused on Agentforce for Life Sciences (AFLS). The role serves as a strategic advisor and Salesforce product and platform expert to the company’s largest, most complex life sciences enterprise customers, helping them architect and deliver agentic, AI‑first solutions across their commercial and clinical operations.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as a trusted advisor to the client.
- Identify and lead internal strategic initiatives to grow the consulting practice; serve as an active contributor to the community’s overall knowledge base and expertise.
- Guide customers and colleagues in rationalizing and deploying emerging technologies that drive increased business value.
- Work collaboratively with strong communication skills, teaching complex concepts and applying creative, prescriptive thinking.
- Identify and proactively manage risk areas, committing to seeing issues through to complete resolution.
- Manage customer expectations; negotiate solutions to complex problems with both the customer and third‑party partners.
- Review and correct project/program direction, approach, and key artifacts to keep programs on track and solutions extendable and maintainable.
- Work closely with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and directly with clients to architect technology solutions to meet client needs.
- Contribute to a program vision while advising and articulating program/project strategies on enabling technologies including the Salesforce Platform.
- 8+ years enterprise architecture or consulting experience.
- 4+ years experiencing leading Salesforce Core Projects.
- Strong application design skills combined with strong data, integration, and security architecture skills.
- Experience in the Life Sciences industry, particularly Pharma/Biopharma, including backgrounds in pharmaceutical commercial operations, field force engagement, HCP/HCO relationship management, or regulatory compliance.
- Strong presentation skills, able to effectively present and defend a point of view to a variety of audiences.
- Detail‑oriented individual with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, able to effectively develop materials that are appropriate for the audience.
- A great listener with the ability to communicate with people in diverse roles.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline; equivalent work experience will be considered.
- Multiple Salesforce Architecture certifications, or Salesforce Certified Agentforce Life Sciences Consultant (launched March 2026).
- Hands‑on experience with Agentforce for Life Sciences (AFLS) or equivalent Life Sciences CRM platforms, including knowledge of HCP/HCO structures, affiliations, specialty pharmacy, medical affairs, and compliant engagement workflows.
- Experience supporting or delivering implementations for major pharmaceutical companies, with familiarity with the agentic enterprise model and how AI agents can transform life sciences commercial and clinical operations.
The typical base salary range for this position is $172,500 – $260,100 annually at the US locale, which does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity, or benefits.
