Position Overview
We are looking for a remarkable Process & Systems Development professional who can drive delivery of solutions aligned with business objectives and technology roadmap. The successful candidate will rationalize and realign existing services and systems, shaping the future direction and success of the business. This high‑profile role requires adherence to Agile methodology, project and change management processes, strong communication skills, and implementation of project‑based governance and controls.
Responsibilities- Translate customer needs and stakeholder requests into detailed business requirements and use cases.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to evaluate investment objectives, benefits, project impacts, and prioritize against corporate goals.
- Act as Product Owner on an Agile Development team, conveying and prioritizing defined needs.
- Define project scope and secure stakeholder agreement that the scope fulfills business needs.
- Provide development cost estimates for business case evaluations.
- Work cooperatively with Commercial Services, Finance, Engineering, and Construction to design solutions.
- Administer and configure a CRM & ERP platform.
- Serve as single point of contact for all issues related to ongoing system administration, including upgrades and conversions.
- Lead cross‑functional teams with maturity and leadership experience.
- Handle high‑profile projects with heavy stakeholder interaction and tight deadlines.
- Self‑starter who proactively identifies and engages appropriate resources needed to achieve program objectives.
- Maturity and leadership experience to direct cross‑functional teams.
- Ability to work on fast‑paced, complex projects with tight deadlines.
- Self‑starter with demonstrated ability to identify and engage resources proactively.
- Experience handling high‑profile projects with heavy stakeholder interaction.
- Telecommunications and colocation engineering or operations experience.
- Experience with Netsuite or CRM implementations.
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methods.
- Background in data analytics, data warehousing, statistical reporting, etc.
- PMI / Six Sigma project management certification.
- Large, complex program management experience.
- Process architecture, UML or similar business process modeling.
- Experience with Design for Six Sigma / Six Sigma DMAIC methodology.
- Experience with RUP and BPM tools (Rational Rose, Tibco Business, ARIS, use case, data models, etc.).
$240,000 to $270,000 base plus an annual bonus.
