Senior Business Analyst – Exchange Traded Fund Services
As a Senior Business Analyst for Exchange Traded Fund Services, you will work closely with your Fund Accounting and Fund Administration product, sales, and operations teammates to coordinate ongoing design and development of business‑critical systems. You will liaise with Apex Group level technology and system vendor counterparts to develop, manage, end‑to‑end test, and deploy these systems. You will work closely with the business to manage new product/client implementations, controlling risk, ensuring high quality, and achieving agreed upon deadlines.
You will also help the team review legacy VBA databases to help troubleshoot production issues and work on a broader project to migrate all databases to central Group level technology support. You will support the Technology support help desk to understand the practical business reasons for the jobs and routines that are running daily and require ongoing support.
The position reports to the Senior Manager, SVP of Business Support.
Responsibilities- Analyze process flows
- Create and execute test plans
- Conceptualize and improve process flow
- Read software and application user manuals
- Execute test scripts and document test results
- Coordinate client product implementations
- Research technical issues
- Other reasonable related and administrative duties
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Computer Science or related professional experience is preferred
- Practical related business experience preferred with a Fund Service Provider
- Practical experience working with Exchange Traded Funds
- Experience with VBA databases
- Proven understanding of business processes
- Familiarity with creating/executing test plans
- Capable of analyzing and improving process flows
- Reasonable familiarity with development tools
- Developed written and verbal communications
- Strong and creative analytical skills
- Ability to self‑teach via reading user manuals
- Strong understanding of audit and control concepts
- Prior experience working with Invest One, FIS TA, or Confluence is a plus

SalarySalary ranges from USD $80,000.00 plus additional discretionary yearly bonus based on corporate and individual performance. Compensation within this range is dependent on individual's skills, experience and qualifications.
