Supplier Development Manager (IC), Semiconductor

• Build regional relationships with key decision makers at assigned suppliers to grow sales and market share in respective suppliers through various programs and marketing activities.
• Accountable to regional execution of the business and sales plan.
• Monitor and forecast performance within the region.
• Collaborate with the Global Supplier Management team to execute regional annual goals to advance the business.
• Establish appropriate branch and territory performance review cadence both internally and externally with suppliers to execute strategic initiatives.
• Execute go to market initiatives centered on key technologies and segments aligning regional investment to support.
• Field and resolve supplier and Arrow organization escalations.
• This position is a 70/30 split

• A bachelor’s degree in business administration or an engineering related field.
• A minimum of 5+ years of progressively increasing business leadership experience.
• Experience with in the semiconductor product portfolio.
• Prior supplier marketing success is required, global experience strongly preferred.
• Proven track record driving revenue growth through optimizing sales and strategic marketing plans.
• Demonstrated success developing and maintaining relationships with partners.
• Proven presentation and negotiating capabilities.
• Strong existing relationships deep and wide inside the industry.
• Data driven with experience leveraging business analytics to drive actionable results.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively present to, interact with, and influence C-level executives.
• Ability to travel 30% to 50%. Varies by month and quarter.

This position will follow a hybrid schedule of 3 days in our office (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays) and 2 days per week from home. This role will perform work covered by International Traffic in Arms Regulations. Viable candidates for this position must be eligible for an export license or be a U.S. Person.

$87,900.00 - $. Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
