About the Role:

Crusoe is scaling rapidly, and the services that power our corporate functions—from financial and legal services to human resources and travel—are more critical than ever. We are looking for a strategic and analytical Category Management, Corporate Services role to build, own, and execute the sourcing strategy for these essential categories.

This role will be required to be in office 5 days/week in our Denver, CO, office.

What You'll Be Working On:
  • Develop Sourcing Strategies: Create and implement sourcing plans for corporate services, including finance, legal, human resources, and travel.
  • Lead the Procurement Process: Manage the end-to-end cycle for key services, from needs assessment to contract execution.
  • Drive Cost Reduction: Conduct spend analysis and market research to identify savings opportunities and service improvements.
  • Manage Supplier Relationships: Oversee supplier performance, ensure contract compliance, and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Partner with Stakeholders: Collaborate with internal teams like Finance, Legal, and HR to align procurement with business goals.
  • Negotiate Contracts: Secure competitive pricing and favorable terms with all corporate service providers.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to enhance and optimize the corporate services procurement function.
What You'll Bring to the Team:
  • Educational Foundation: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strategic Sourcing

    Experience:

    5+ years in category management or procurement, with a focus on indirect or corporate services.
  • Proven Track Record: A history of developing and executing category strategies that deliver measurable cost savings and service improvements.
  • Negotiation & Supplier Management: Strong skills in contract negotiation and supplier relationship management (SRM).
  • Analytical Mindset: Excellent problem-solving abilities, with deep experience in spend analysis.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Exceptional ability to build relationships, manage expectations, and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Systems Proficiency: Hands‑on experience with procure-to-pay (P2P) systems, such as Coupa.
Bonus Points
  • Experience in a high-growth technology or startup environment.
  • Deep expertise in one or more specific categories (e.g., professional services, facilities, enterprise technology).
  • MBA or a relevant professional certification (e.g., CPSM).

Compensation Range

Compensation will be paid in the range of up to: $,000/year + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicant's knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
