We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Sales Operations & Deal Desk Analyst to support sales operations, revenue processes, and cross-functional business initiatives. This role combines Salesforce administration, data management, process improvement, project coordination, and deal desk support to help drive operational efficiency and forecast accuracy across the organization.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working with large data sets, managing complex system migrations, collaborating with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success teams, and leveraging modern automation tools—including AI-driven workflows—to improve business processes.
- 12-month contract

- Target Pay Rate: $22/hr W2
- Full-time hours, not a part-time contract
- Audit, maintain, and improve CRM data quality to ensure accurate pipeline visibility and forecasting.
- Review and resolve aging sales opportunities and data discrepancies.
- Support sales process optimization initiatives and workflow improvements.
- Create reports, dashboards, and analyses to support business decision‑making.
- Serve as a subject matter resource for Salesforce configuration, reporting, and process automation.
- Lead and coordinate projects related to system migrations and workflow transitions.
- Gather, validate, cleanse, and migrate customer, product, and sales data across multiple platforms.
- Perform SKU mapping, customer record alignment, and data reconciliation activities.
- Identify gaps in existing processes and recommend scalable operational improvements.
- Maintain data integrity across CRM, ERP, and legacy business systems.
- Generate quotes, order forms, and sales documentation for enterprise customers.
- Support contract administration and order fulfillment activities.
- Assist with compliance‑related processes, including government contracts and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams to resolve complex deal and renewal issues.
- Support customer lifecycle tracking and renewal management activities.
- Identify opportunities to streamline manual business processes through automation.
- Design, build, and deploy AI‑powered workflow solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that enhance productivity and data accuracy.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal, Customer Success, and Operations teams to drive projects to completion.
- Manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and responsiveness.
- Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, Renewals, Business Operations, or a related function.
- Strong Salesforce CRM experience, including reporting, data management, and workflow administration.
- Experience performing data cleansing, data validation, and large‑scale record updates.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, including lookups, data analysis, and reconciliation.
- Experience managing cross‑functional projects and coordinating stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with enterprise software sales operations or SaaS revenue processes.
- Knowledge of CRM migrations, data integration projects, or system implementation initiatives.
- Experience with AI workflow tools, automation platforms, or low‑code/no‑code solutions.
- Familiarity with business intelligence, analytics, and data visualization tools.
- Experience supporting government contracts, regulatory compliance, or complex enterprise sales processes.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
