What You’ll DoAs a cross‑functional collaborator, the Product Manager will contribute to the Thrive Pass product team by overseeing the day‑to‑day management and strategic roadmap of core Thrive Pass product(s).
- Bring fresh ideas to the table—we’re all about innovation and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
- Build, evangelize and execute the quarterly and annual product roadmap that aligns with the overall strategy of the department and company goals.
- Lead the strategy, planning, delivery, and optimization of the assigned product(s) by setting objectives and key results.
- Collect customer feedback and market insights, then articulate problems and business needs into well‑written product requirements.
- Maintain and prioritize backlog based on business and customer impact.
- Closely collaborate with engineering teams to continuously deliver quality features.
- Perform thorough UAT & curate release notes.
- A drive to innovate in employee benefits and make complex processes feel effortless.

- Accountability – you set clear expectations and you follow through.
- 2–5 years of experience managing and building software products from conception to launch.
- Preferred experience in the benefits industry.
- Excellent at reconciling customer needs with business objectives.
- Passionate about product management and fast‑paced Agile environments.
- Strong writer and communicator, able to distill complex, often conflicting or incomplete information into clear action plans.
- Enjoy collaborating with leadership, engineering, design, sales, and customer support.
- Strong intuition backed by data on users and market trends.
- Salary: $100,000–$125,000 per year.
