As a cross‑functional collaborator, the Product Manager will contribute to the Thrive Pass product team by overseeing the day‑to‑day management and strategic roadmap of core Thrive Pass product(s).

• Bring fresh ideas to the table—we’re all about innovation and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Build, evangelize and execute the quarterly and annual product roadmap that aligns with the overall strategy of the department and company goals.
• Lead the strategy, planning, delivery, and optimization of the assigned product(s) by setting objectives and key results.
• Collect customer feedback and market insights, then articulate problems and business needs into well‑written product requirements.
• Maintain and prioritize backlog based on business and customer impact.
• Closely collaborate with engineering teams to continuously deliver quality features.
• Perform thorough UAT & curate release notes.

• 2–5 years of experience managing and building software products from conception to launch.
• Preferred experience in the benefits industry.
• Excellent at reconciling customer needs with business objectives.
• Passionate about product management and fast‑paced Agile environments.
• Strong writer and communicator, able to distill complex, often conflicting or incomplete information into clear action plans.
• Enjoy collaborating with leadership, engineering, design, sales, and customer support.
• Strong intuition backed by data on users and market trends.

• Salary: $100,000–$125,000 per year.
