• Support all aspects of the value-based care deal negotiation process, including contracting and negotiation strategy, financial analysis and pricing insights, and project management

• Responsible for all negotiation analytics, including partnering closely with DaVita’s actuarial team, developing financial impact models in coordination with our analyst team, and building ad-hoc analyses independently, as needed

• Engage broader team with thoughtful and creative value-based care financial structures to support payor negotiations

• Perform ad-hoc strategic analyses that answer sometimes ambiguous but critical questions and inform our overall negotiation strategy

• Present analysis findings and conclusions to senior executives in a structured and comprehensive way

• 1+ years quantitative and analytical skills

• Proven track record of problem-solving abilities needed to develop strategy and direction within complex market

• Enjoys owning complicated, fast paced deliverables and is comfortable navigating uncertain and ambiguous challenges with support of senior teammates

• Ability to thought-partner across multiple stakeholders, and demonstrated experience in driving forward-progress for complex projects

• Solid communication skills; can develop high quality, well formatted presentations and is comfortable communicating complex topics to a senior-level audience

• Experience with in fast paced, deal-oriented teams in the corporate development, business development, banking, consulting or adjacent fields

• Action-oriented doer who sees themselves as a combination of contributor and leader as they move their organization successfully down strategic pathways

• High degree of creativity, intelligence, and curiosity. Excellent problem-solving skills and strong analytical capabilities. Ability to rapidly learn and perform exceptionally in fast-paced, matrix environment

• Strong interpersonal skills and communications style that will develop confidence in the team they lead and keep the attention of the broader organization

• High degree of comfort in ambiguity

• Previously demonstrated abilities as a consensus builder. Strong, self-confident, decisive leader with good listening skills. Self-starter with drive and initiative

• Emotional maturity and ability to create change in an environment where the structure may evolve rapidly

• Able to work in an environment where sharing responsibility for success and failure of others on the team is critical to the overall success of the company

• Is highly motivated and ambitious; demonstrates the ability, talent, commitment and ambition to assume increased scopes of responsibility

The Salary Range for the role is $62,000.00-$95,000.00 per year.
