ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive all aspects of engagement delivery under the engagement manager, including gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing recommendations.
- Build reports and deliverables, and present findings and recommendations to client managers and executives.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops, manage a workstream workplan, and coordinate with others to handle interdependencies.
- Own a full workstream from start to finish.
- Expand consulting and professional skills through project work, client interactions, mentoring, and formal learning.
- Support internal initiatives such as learning and development, team gatherings, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Engineering, Operations, Information Technology, or a closely related field is required. Master’s Degree is preferred.
EXPERIENCE- Required:
5 years in Strategy, Operations, Mergers and Acquisitions, or Human Capital Practice within a consulting firm or equivalent consulting‑oriented corporate role, or 3 years in a leading global management consulting firm or specialized boutique consulting firm, with 1 year of management experience and/or experience leading teams or projects of varying size and complexity. - Must include: 1 year of working in complex, matrixed environments or across multiple businesses.
- Preferred: 1 year of aggregate project experience from the healthcare industry (payor and/or provider).
- Master’s degree may substitute for two years of required experience.

Lean Six Sigma or Human Centered Design (HCD).
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem‑solving skills.
- Good business and financial acumen.
- Creative and imaginative thinking to solve problems innovatively.
- Familiarity with exponential technologies such as AI/ML, GenAI, and Agentic AI.
- Excellent communication skills across verbal, written, and PowerPoint mediums; able to explain complex ideas simply and concisely.
- Ability to influence without authority and work effectively across all levels of an organization.
- Collaboration, active listening, and solid facilitation skills.
- Flexible working style; comfortable working both independently and in team environments.
- Orientation toward execution and the ability to make progress despite constraints or roadblocks.
- Courage and ability to have difficult conversations, such as in a 360‑degree feedback setting.
- English language proficiency; other languages not required.
