Hiring Pay Ranges: $50,398.40 - $82,571.84 per year (Includes $2080 per year Cost of Living adjustment)

  • Resilience Coordinator I - $50,398.40 - $68,615.04 per year
  • Resilience Coordinator II - $51,466.80 - $75,250.24 per year
  • Resilience Coordinator III - $56,888.00 - $82,571.84 per year
    • The hiring pay range for this position is commensurate with the level of relevant experience and education.

Summary

  • Come be a part of building and scaling an effective Resilience/Business Continuity program at ANB Bank! We are looking for an energetic candidate who is familiar with Resiliency/Business Continuity and looking for a chance to be a part of developing institutional change. In this role you will work directly with information technology and business department leads ensuring the platforms and applications they rely on daily meets t he ANB standard requirements for business resumption and continuity.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Effectively interact with employees, vendors, contractors, and senior management.
  • Maintains a current knowledge and consistent compliance with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements, as well as knowledge and consistent compliance with other banking regulations and Bank policies and procedures related to the position.
  • Maintains confidentiality and delivers quality of service as defined by department standards.
  • Supports the company’s Mission, Vision, and Values.
  • Ensures the business continuity and disaster recovery program aligns with FFIEC guidance and internal risk management frameworks.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Education and/or Experience

Resilience Coordinator I

  • Assists in the development, maintenance, and testing of ANB’s Business Continuity Plan and Cybersecurity Response Plan.
  • Conduct Business Impact Analyses to identify critical activities, recovery objectives, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate and document tabletop exercises and disaster recovery testing, including issue tracking and follow-up.
  • Track and report on program metrics, including plan completion, testing results, and remediation activities.
  • Coordinate incident response and crisis management efforts as needed during business disruptions.
  • Research and remain current on the latest business resilience trends and assess applicability to ANB Bank.
  • Develops and delivers business continuity training and awareness programs across the organization.
  • Maintains enterprise-wide dependency mapping across applications, infrastructure, personnel, and third parties.
  • 2+ Years of related IT experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
