Job Summary

This position steers the strategic use of data to optimize business performance and decision-making. It leads the development of reporting tools, data integrity audits, and analysis processes, shaping operational strategies through comprehensive data insights and driving improvements in system performance. The role mentors teams, ensuring alignment with the company's financial and strategic objectives.

• Oversee creation of advanced operational and strategic reports to guide managerial decision-making.
• Lead the development and refinement of reporting tools for enhanced business analysis and insights.
• Take responsibility for comprehensive audits to ensure data accuracy and support continuous improvement in data management.
• Guide analysis of operational data to uncover trends and recommend improvements for business optimization.
• Facilitate integration of budgetary and performance data to inform financial planning and strategic adjustments.
• Mentor team members in analytical techniques to foster a culture of data-driven decision support.
• Champion feedback mechanisms on system performance, advocating for technological advancements to meet evolving business needs.
• Steer consolidation of data sources to fortify the analytical framework for key business decisions.
• Develop objectives based on management data analysis to enhance business decisions and operational performance.
• Focus on streamlining business processes to align with the strategic direction of the function.
• Exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; work nights and weekends, variable schedule as necessary.
