Client Consulting Analyst
As a CBRE Client Consulting Analyst, you will be a part of a high performing corporate real estate team that manages long term outsourced partnerships with corporate clients delivering portfolio strategy, optimization and transaction management services. You will work on a variety of programs and projects on behalf of our clients. This job is part of a growing specialty team that offers room for personal and professional development and growth.
Transactions will primarily include land and building purchase, lease, build to suit, and other commercial property transactions that support our clients' business needs. Those with experience or high interest in corporate real estate management's function and a career within an industry leading CBRE will find this role of high interest and rewards.
• Assist in preparing financial information and additional data for a range of deliverables.
• Support development of basic evaluations related to specific initiatives. This includes market views and dynamics, and benchmarking.
• Assist in gathering documentation in a variety of formats and research on industry best practices.
• Document cost saves from regional initiatives.
• Assist in budgeting process for capital and operating expenses as required.
• Assist in creating compelling documentation and deliverables.
• Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.
• Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
• Impact the quality of own work.
• Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
• Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
• Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Client Consulting Analyst position is $80,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Client Consulting Analyst position is $150,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
