Location:
Denver, CO (ONSITE) - Project Duration: 12+ Months
- Pay Range: $70/hour to $85/hour
Job Description: The Process Design Consultant will be responsible for executing continuous improvement activities for the Cyber Security Technology (CST) Product Management team and stakeholder groups across Global Information Security (GIS) and the Enterprise.
Responsibilities- Organize working groups & create process maps
- Listen to SMEs & notate process flows using Business Process Mapping Notation (BPMN)
- Depict information value streams and identify areas of waste
- Utilize best practice facilitation techniques to engage SMEs/participants
- Infuse Lean & Six Sigma techniques to facilitate process improvements
- Communicate strategic improvement ideas and lead priorities set by the business
- Passion for continuous improvement
- Formal training/certification in Lean, Six Sigma and/or other process quality methodologies
- Ability to utilize logic & reason to navigate complex problem solving
- Ability to navigate complex security technology environments
- Experience using Visio or other Business Process Mapping Notation (BPMN) tools
