Responsibilities
- Business Consultants manage an assigned portfolio of franchisees.
- Collaborate with franchisees to set and achieve or exceed operational and business performance goals.
- Facilitate the Annual Planning and Franchise Business Review process, aligning on future goals and commitments.
- Align priority areas with franchisees to drive sales, profitability, and network growth while ensuring a safe and consistent brand experience.
- Develop coaching plans and conduct regular check‑ins to support franchisees in following through on commitments.
- Track, review, and analyze ongoing data and analytics to guide franchisee actions toward their goals and commitments.
- Interpret data to provide coaching and recommendations on priority actions for franchisees.
- Support franchisees in remodeling and building new restaurants, ensuring compliance with operational specifications.
- Facilitate communication between franchisees and cross‑functional partners to pursue a safe brand experience, same‑store growth, and unit expansion.
- Collaborate with the Field Marketing Team on operations initiatives and new marketing product rollouts.
- Monitor and support execution of local, DMA, and regional marketing plans.
- Coordinate training support with the Field Training Team.
- Manage and monitor G&A expenses within parameters set by regional leaders.
- Complete all administrative functions and responsibilities in a timely manner.
- Minimum High School or GED.
- Preferred 4‑Year/Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory, management, or district‑level multi‑unit operations experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time, plan, and work independently.
- Capability to build credibility, trust, and nurturing relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to develop and execute plans that drive results.
- Use of data to inform decisions and prioritize actions.
- People‑centric problem‑solving ability.
- Resourceful and adaptable to changes in direction, situations, and personalities.

- Travel required – willing to travel to consult with the franchisee portfolio.
- Salary Range: $90,000 – $125,000 per year.
