The Assistant Manager directs the daily operations of a quick service restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operations, including production, preparation, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting, and financial accountability. The role also involves delivering the highest quality products and services to customers and performing additional duties as required.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Previous management experience is a must.
• Minimum age of 21+ years old.
• Demonstrate a high level of professionalism with excellent communication.
• Ability to take initiative and possess problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Efficient, detail-oriented and strongly customer-focused.
• Friendly and enthusiastic disposition; we will provide training for those with no prior experience.
