Compensation: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour

Responsibilities

+ Prepare detailed cost estimates for Oil & Gas projects and programs

+ Develop quantity takeoffs from drawings, plans, specifications, and concept documents

+ Build estimate narratives and Basis of Estimate (BOE) documentation

+ Apply labor, materials, equipment, indirect costs, fees, taxes, and margins to develop complete project cost estimates

+ Review scope changes, contract modifications, and estimate impacts

+ Support vendor and subcontractor pricing efforts

+ Review estimates for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with procedures

+ Provide guidance to junior estimators and support estimating best practices

Requirements

+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience

+ 5+ years of estimating experience

+ Extensive Oil & Gas experience

+

Experience with field estimating and construction management activities

+

Experience with estimating database software

+ Strong understanding of engineering drawings, specifications, and construction contract documents

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

+ Ability to work independently and lead estimating efforts when needed

+ Tools & Systems

Experience with tools such as:
Primavera Estimate/Schedule Transfer tools, Contract Manager, DMCS
