We are looking for Denver-based candidates!
The Senior Analyst, Partner Engagement, will be a key supporter of this transformation. Stepping into a highly visible position, this Senior Analyst will take ownership of key provider engagement programs from end-to-end, acting as a central point of contact for cross-functional stakeholders (including field operators, clinical, financial, IT, and compliance) to ensure our initiatives improve provider engagement and deliver on our value-based care objectives.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Initiative Project Management, and Execution (40%): Takes ownership of complex tasks to achieve goals, largely independently managing key products and processes. Monitors and drives progress on work plans, applying judgement to take initiative in complex situations, and develops potential ideas and solutions for improvement.
- Cross-Functional Teamwork (25%): Collaborates with lane leaders and partners to overcome challenges, reach solutions, and drive results. Shares best practices and builds strong relationships within the team based on trust and respect, acting as a model for change amongst peers.
- Business-Driven Presentations (15%): Facilitates effective meetings by leading discussions and engaging participants. Connects insights to present appropriately to the team and stakeholders, effectively communicating patterns, trends, and action plans.
- Data Analysis & Insights (15%): Garners insights from objective and subjective data sources to demonstrate action plans that improve outcomes. Makes recommendations and decisions based on data, sound logic, relevant input, and stakeholder impact.
- Other Duties as Assigned (5%)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience: 2–4 years of demonstrated success in healthcare project management, strategy, management consulting, or provider network management.
- Analytical
Skills:
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (including complex formulas) and PowerPoint. - Project Management: Demonstrated experience owning projects from inception to implementation, including the ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently.
- Adaptability: Resourceful, resilient, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- Travel: Up to 25%

Salary Range: $62,000.00-$95,000.00 per year.
