Responsibilities
- Leading the structuring and execution of complex deals across the Essentials business
- Own the analysis and structuring of complex, multi-product deals
- Drive deals from intake through close—developing proposals, managing approvals, and ensuring accurate contract execution
- Act as a central connector across Sales, Legal, Finance, Product, and IT
- Identify and implement opportunities to automate deal desk workflows
- Perform data analysis and develop new metrics, benchmarks, and insights
- 4+ years of experience in deal desk, finance, sales operations, or related fields
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Proven ability to independently manage end-to-end deal execution
- Experience influencing and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
- Systems-oriented mindset with experience using and improving CRM/CLM platforms
- Strong interest in automation, AI tools, or scalable workflow design
- Strong time management skills required alongside work schedule flexibility
