Key Responsibilities for the Litigations Collections Specialist:
• Manage medical receivable and Liti Collect queues in compliance with case protocols
• Conduct external research to verify and update case status information
• Prepare and maintain lien documentation for receivable cases
• Communicate with providers, law firms, insurance companies, and internal teams
• Support audits, reporting, and daily operations alongside leadership
• Assist with phone support and intake as a Litigations Collections Specialist
Qualifications for the Litigations Collections Specialist:
• 1+ year of experience in legal, personal injury, or medical receivables environments
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Finance, Legal, Economics)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
• Proven customer service and multi-system experience as a Litigations Collections Specialist
