Client Relationship Manager
Overview
As Senior Director of Client Engagement at Epsilon, you will lead large teams delivering Mar Tech and Data solutions to healthcare enterprise clients, driving client outcomes and value through day‑to‑day partnership.
Responsibilities- Develop scalable, repeatable processes and governance to ensure excellence in delivery and business retention.
- Build cross‑functional alignments with sellers and delivery leaders.
- Apply critical thinking to create and implement plans that achieve project goals tied to customer business outcomes.
- Streamline engagement delivery and improve value to customers.
- Facilitate communication between client, project team, and partners; contribute to knowledge sharing.
- Operate within a large, multicultural, geographically dispersed matrixed organization.
- Establish client relationships and ensure satisfaction with products/services.
- Drive collaboration with sales, client services, and delivery teams across the client lifecycle.
- Develop talent and provide performance feedback for direct and cross‑functional teams.
- Orchestrate across solution and product teams to meet client needs, translating expectations and managing margin.
- Lead a matrixed cross‑functional team and deliver timely performance feedback.
- Apply business and financial skills to achieve measurable results for customer success.
- Identify client growth opportunities through understanding business needs.
- Experience managing large client teams (50+ people).
- In‑depth understanding of clients and industries, applying business offerings at a senior level.
- Strong relationship‑building, cross‑organizational partnering, and influencing skills.
- High acumen of service operations, contracting, and financials.

- Expertise in the full Mar Tech and data solutions ecosystem.
- Healthcare industry experience with understanding of trends and challenges.

Compensation Range: USD $ - USD $ per annum. This role may also be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation. Compensation is determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant and may be modified at any time.
