Responsibilities
Assist in developing and executing a comprehensive change management strategy aligned with shared services implementation.
Conduct statewide readiness assessments to identify county capacity, gaps, and risks.
Perform detailed impact analysis, including role changes, workflow shifts, technology dependencies, and training needs.
Support through transition to shared services, ensuring counties remain engaged and aligned.
Partner with project teams to align county impacts with implementation timelines.
Identify and track change‑related risks such as resistance, staffing shortages, or inconsistent adoption.
Lead and support communication planning in partnership with the communications specialist.
Ensure counties receive clear, timely messaging on expectations, timelines, and process changes.
Reinforce adoption and address concerns throughout the transition.
Qualifications and SkillsChange management, stakeholder engagement, adoption, government, fraud, financial.

Government, county, or public‑sector experience.
Experience supporting fraud‑related initiatives.
Financial or fraud project background (helpful, not required).
Experience working with eligibility systems or human services.
Familiarity with readiness assessments and impact analysis.
Experience supporting shared services or regionalization effort.
Job Type & LocationThis is a contract position based out of Denver, CO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $41.93 – $41.93/hr.
