We are seeking a team-centric, motivated project manager with a passion for integrated vehicle systems. This position will drive efficiency and productivity by coordinating with multi-functional project teams and customers. The position will report to the Navico offices in Menomonee Falls, WI.
Responsibilities- Serve as single point of contact & accountability for assigned Navico Group Connect projects
- Utilize strong decision making and leadership abilities to manage multiple projects to meet goals for time to market, product cost, and quality
- Manage projects through the Navico Group Connect new product framework
- Conduct regular program status reviews
- Assist in preparation & presentation of gate reviews to Navico Group team
- Assist in the continuous improvement of program/project mgmt. framework & development of appropriate tools for execution of this framework
- Consolidate, report, and implement lessons learned
- Keen awareness of customer requirements, collaborate with engineering to help facilitate process of converting product needs into design specifications and prototype
- Support the manufacturing operations group with bringing new products to production
- Assist the Navico Sales organization with expanding and supporting business relationships with multiple outside customers
- Identify and resolve barriers and risks to project execution
- Work with appropriate functions to obtain component quotes, cost estimates and manufacturing costs to support ongoing analysis. Evaluation of product costs vs targets
- Own, prioritize, and drive timeline & project hand‑offs
