Aon is looking for a Consultant - Located in Denver, CO - (Hybrid Format)

We are building our Health Solutions team and will consider strong candidates in Denver, CO. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from a local office.

Responsibilities- Support the Lead Consultant on client assignments and/or act as the Lead Consultant to manage project execution and client service delivery.
- Act as the primary day-to-day contact for clients and oversee the client team.
- Collaborate with the client Account Executive to assist with execution of strategy and special projects.
- Contribute to analysis, drafting client presentations, participation in client meetings, and identification of client needs for additional services.
- Partner with actuarial and broking teams to prepare and deliver relevant analysis.
- Own vendor management.
- Conduct plan document reviews.
- Manage client issues with Account Executive oversight and support the team in resolving client issues.
- Coach and guide junior staff.

Skills and experience that will lead to success- 3+ years of experience in the group health and benefits industry with strong knowledge of benefits and services offered to clients.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Experience with Data Management, Meeting Facilitation, Project Management, Risk Management, Solutions Design, Benefits Administration, Workforce Strategy, Consulting, Customer Engagement, CRM, Data Analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience.
- Must have appropriate insurance license (life and health) or can be fulfilled post-hire.
