Leads the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational priorities and successful delivery of outcomes. Manages scope, timelines, resources, and stakeholder engagement across cross-functional efforts. Ensures initiatives are executed efficiently through structured project management practices, proactive problem-solving, and effective communication. Partners with business and functional stakeholders to translate strategy into actionable plans and measurable results.
Responsibilities- Leads planning and execution of initiatives, ensuring scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables are clearly defined and achieved.
- Facilitates stakeholder alignment through structured meetings, clear communication, and coordination across cross-functional teams.
- Monitors initiative progress, identifies risks and issues, and implements mitigation strategies to maintain delivery objectives.
- Establishes and maintains project tracking tools, dashboards, and reporting to provide visibility into status, risks, and outcomes.
- Develops and executes communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed, engaged, and aligned throughout the initiative lifecycle.
- Applies project and change management methodologies to drive consistency, accountability, and effective execution.
- Evaluates initiative outcomes through data, feedback, and performance metrics to inform continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, organizational development, engineering, project management, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
5–7 years of experience in project or program management, operations, or a related field required. Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed environments and influencing stakeholders without direct authority required.
Certifications & Licenses- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Prosci Change Management certification preferred.
