The Issue Resolution Billing Specialist will be the front line of customer service and billing needs for the division. In this role, you will compile all necessary documentation and issue credits or new invoices per customer requirements, as well as handle pricing‑related credits, bill only invoices, rebates and direct ship invoicing.

The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, In office, from 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Pay rate: $21.00 to $22.25 per hour + Bonus

You will:

  • Provide timely, customer‑focused support by managing daily inbound phone calls, ticket requests, and emails
  • Process a variety of transactions, including warehouse delivery exceptions (overages, shortages, and damages), credits and rebills, price adjustments, bill‑only invoices, direct ship invoicing, monthly rebate and distribution fee invoicing
  • Manage assigned daily and weekly audits, reports, and specialized invoicing for company contracts and programs
  • Perform daily invoice reviews, identifying and reporting recurring trends and issues to the Issue Resolution Manager and relevant departments
  • Support continuous improvement by helping streamline internal processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Participate in required meetings, including biweekly one‑on‑ones with the Issue Resolution and Credit & Collections Manager and scheduled monthly team meetings

You have:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • 2 years of data entry experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with using other software
