About The Team
The Director, Shared Services Enablement leads the operational backbone of the enablement organization, orchestrating the people, programs, and processes that allow the enablement function to deliver s role leads a blended team across Learning Experience Design (LXD), Communications, and Program Success, while owning enablement planning and performance cadences and driving content readiness for major moments such as Sales Kickoff and Rising.

The ideal leader is a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, communicates with clarity, and brings rigor to team leadership, planning, and execution. The role involves building and governing a scalable enablement function.
