SUMMARY
KODA Resources is seeking a detail-oriented Division Order Analyst with minimum 5 years of experience in oil and gas lease and land administration. This role is responsible for analyzing and maintaining division of interest ownership for both operated and non-operated properties, ensuring consistency in title, pay status, and regulatory compliance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Analyze and interpret title opinions, deeds, leases, probate records, and assignments.
- Establish and maintain division of interest (DOI) records for both operated and non-operated properties.
- Review and verify title and legal documentation in accordance with company policy and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure accurate ownership setup and maintenance of JIBs within the land database.
- Prepare and distribute AFEs, well proposals, division orders, obtain proper execution, and process timely updates.
- Work closely with land, accounting, and revenue teams to ensure accurate and timely revenue disbursement.
- Resolve ownership and payment issues in collaboration with stakeholders and interest owners.
- Respond to inquiries from mineral owners, working interest partners, and third parties regarding ownership, payments, or title.
- Assist with Land projects as needed.
- This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS- Strong knowledge of oil and gas land practices, title documentation, and division of interest setup.
- Familiarity with land systems and databases, such as Quorum or similar software.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Must be able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a performance-driven, team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills for interfacing with interest owners and internal departments.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in oil and gas land or division order analysis required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Energy Management, Business, or related field preferred.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable interacting with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
