Change Management Specialist, Finance Transformation

MYR Group, a leading specialty electrical contractor serving critical infrastructure across the U.S. and Canada, is seeking a Change Management Specialist, Finance Transformation. In this role, you will drive adoption of new finance processes, tools, and systems supporting large-scale construction and electrical infrastructure projects. You will assess organizational impacts, build and execute change, communication, and training plans, and partner closely with finance, project, and operations leaders.
