Position: IMA Ascend Associate (Early Career)

IMA is excited to introduce IMA Ascend — a unique, early-career rotational program designed for recent graduates who are ready to launch a dynamic career in the insurance and financial services industry.

About the Program

The IMA Ascend Program is a 12–24 month, full-time, in-office rotational experience based in Denver, CO. Through structured rotations, participants will build a strong foundation in insurance while developing the skills needed for long-term success. Participants will gain hands‑on exposure across key areas of our business, including:

  • Property & Casualty
  • Construction
  • Real Estate
  • Claims
What You’ll Gain

  • Participation in IMA University (IMA U) training programs
  • Support in obtaining industry licenses
  • Exposure to client service and account management
  • Mentorship and career development guidance
Career Path

Upon successful completion of the program, participants will transition into a full‑time Account Manager role within one of IMA’s business units.

Compensation & Work Environment
  • Salary range: $50,000 – $60,000 annually
  • Full‑time, benefits‑eligible position
  • In‑office role based in Denver, CO
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in risk management, business, or a related field
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Interest in building a long‑term career in insurance and financial services
