IT Project Analyst​/ Project Co-ordinator

6-12 months contract with possibility of extensions Required Skills and Expertise

• 2-4 years of experience in project financial analysis, project coordination, resource management, or project support within an IT environment.
• Strong understanding of IT project financial management, including CAPEX vs. OPEX, budget tracking, forecasting, variance analysis, accruals, and financial reporting.
• Experience tracking and reporting on project budgets, actuals, forecasts, resource utilization, labor costs, and project expenses.
• Knowledge of project accounting processes, including purchase orders (POs), invoices, vendor spend tracking, cost centers, charge codes, and financial reconciliations.
• Ability to analyze financial and project data, identify trends and variances, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, financial reporting, dashboard creation, and data analysis.
• Experience creating and maintaining project documentation, process flows, status reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Basic knowledge of project management principles, project schedules, risk tracking, action item management, and change control processes.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to support multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working with Microsoft Project, Teams, SharePoint, and other project management or portfolio management tools is preferred.

• Experience supporting IT, Data Intelligence, Business Intelligence, or technology-focused projects.
• Familiarity with annual operating plans (AOP), portfolio budgeting, and project funding processes.
• Experience with Target process or similar Agile planning tools.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve productivity, reporting, and project delivery efficiency.
