OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Analyst, for Finance & Workforce Operations, to support key operational initiatives across budgeting, financial planning, workforce management, purchasing, and contractor operations. This role partners with Product, Operations, Finance, Procurement, and business leaders to improve efficiency, optimize resource planning, and support strategic business priorities. The ideal candidate is analytical, highly organized, and process-driven, with experience in contractor operations, financial planning, and business process improvement.
This position requires someone comfortable working with financial data, operational processes, and cross-functional stakeholders. This role requires all qualified candidates to live in the Denver, Colorado area and work on-site four days per week. This is a 6 month+ role. Candidates must be fully authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship or transfer. Please note that we do not work C2C.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, financial tracking, and expense management for operational initiatives.
- Analyze operational spending and provide reporting and insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Partner with Finance and business leaders to support headcount planning, resource allocation, and workforce management.
- Lead process improvement initiatives related to purchasing, procurement, and resource management.
- Identify and implement operational efficiencies that improve business processes and reduce administrative burden.
- Administer and support the contractor management system, ensuring accurate contractor records and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate contractor onboarding, extensions, renewals, offboarding, and other lifecycle activities.
- Partner with Procurement, Finance, HR, vendors, and business leaders to support contractor operations and purchasing activities.
- Develop and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Prepare presentations, analyses, and executive summaries for leadership.
- Maintain process documentation and ensure adherence to operational governance and established procedures.
- Support strategic initiatives and provide administrative and operational support across multiple business functions.
