Woospear Properties is currently seeking a full-time Assistant Manager for several communities located in Denver. The ideal candidate will assist the Property Manager with all aspects of day-to-day operations, including leasing, marketing, rent collection, deposit accounting, accounts payable, resident relations, and general office administration.
Responsibilities include processing rent payments and deposits, performing daily data entry and reporting through Yardi or similar systems, reconciling security deposits and move-out charges, monitoring aged accounts, coordinating eviction and collection procedures, handling accounts payable and vendor communications, preparing monthly audits and quarterly reports, and maintaining accurate resident and vendor files.
The Assistant Property Manager will also support leasing efforts by responding to inquiries, conducting tours, presenting property features, preparing leasing documentation, tracking renewals and expirations, and organizing resident retention programs and events.
Candidates must have a minimum of one year of relevant experience in property management or a similar administrative role, strong organizational and customer service skills, the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with Yardi, On-Site, or Avid Xchange is a plus. A professional demeanor and appearance are required. Candidates must pass a background check, including credit, criminal history, references, and drug screening.
Schedule: Tuesday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The office is closed on Sundays.
Compensation: $21.00 to $28.00 per hour, plus commissions. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending accounts, and housing options.
