Join Our Compliance & Governance Team
As a Compliance & Governance Representative
, you will play a critical role in supporting organizational compliance initiatives, governance programs, regulatory readiness, and risk management activities. This position helps ensure adherence to federal, state, accreditation, and company requirements while promoting a culture of integrity, accountability, and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of working across departments to support compliance objectives and governance initiatives.
A Day in the Life... A Day in the Life of a Compliance & Governance Representative- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years of experience in healthcare compliance, quality assurance, governance, auditing, risk management, healthcare operations, or related field
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyze information and identify potential compliance risks
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Compliance, Legal Studies, or related field
- Experience with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, HIPAA, Medicare, Medicaid, or managed care programs
