Junior Project Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking 2 highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Managers to join our team. As a Junior Project Manager, you will assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure successful completion. • Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Coordinate project activities and ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
• Facilitate meetings with project stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress
• Monitor project progress and track key performance indicators
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and technical specifications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination
• Support the Project Manager in identifying process improvements and implementing best practices

• Previous experience in a project management role or relevant internship REQUIRED
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools such as Redmine, Jira, and Smartsheet
• Familiarity with risk management techniques and earned value management principles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical writing and meeting facilitation
• Proficient in budgeting and cost control techniques
