Senior Director – Enterprise Business Transformation

As the Senior Director – Enterprise Business Transformation, you will lead enterprise business transformation initiatives to drive strategic growth, operational excellence, and scalable capabilities across the organization. You will translate business strategy into executable transformation programs, aligning people, processes, and technology to deliver measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the multi-year business transformation roadmap aligned with corporate strategy
  • Translate strategic priorities into structured programs, initiatives, and measurable KPIs
  • Partner with executive leadership to identify transformation opportunities across functions
  • Lead large-scale, cross-functional transformation initiatives (e.g., operating model redesign, process optimization, digital enablement)
  • Ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to expected business outcomes
  • Establish governance frameworks, milestones, and performance tracking
  • Design and implement scalable business processes and operating models
  • Drive standardization, simplification, and continuous improvement across functions
  • Ensure alignment between business workflows, systems, and organizational structure
  • Act as a senior advisor to executives and business leaders on transformation strategy
  • Lead change management efforts to drive adoption and sustain results in a complex, growing organization
  • Influence across a matrixed organization and build strong cross-functional alignment
  • Establish metrics and dashboards to track transformation progress and ROI
  • Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and prioritize initiatives
  • Ensure transparency and regular reporting to executive leadership
  • Partner with Operations, IT, Finance, HR, and Commercial teams to deliver integrated solutions
  • Align transformation priorities with enterprise technology and investment roadmaps
  • Ensure initiatives are practical, scalable, and operationally executable

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree – Business, Engineering, or related field required;
    Masters Degree preferred.
  • 12+ years of progressive leadership experience.
  • Extensive experience leading large-scale transformation or strategic programs.
  • Proven success operating in complex, matrixed environments.
  • Experience with operating model design, process improvement, or digital transformation.
  • Strong strategic thinking and execution capability.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Ability to influence without authority across multiple functions.
  • Deep understanding of business operations, financial drivers, and performance management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and process capabilities.
  • Enterprise mindset with a focus on long-term value creation.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity.
  • Collaborative, pragmatic, and results-oriented.
  • Strong people leadership and team development skills.
  • Global experience, can work flexible working hours.
  • Ability to travel 0% - 25%.

Compensation Details $164,391 - $287,684 Annually

This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements. For eligible positions, compensation may include participation in a bonus or sales incentive plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents.

For certain sales roles, Wesco also offers a commission structure that provides additional compensation based on sales results, as defined by the applicable commission plan. In addition, Wesco offers a benefits program for eligible employees, which may include paid time off, medical, dental, and vision coverage, and retirement savings plans.
