The E&SR Reporting and Compliance Project Coordinator will support VF Corporation's E&SR reporting initiatives through project support, tracking and monitoring global regulations and reporting requirements, internal compliance support, and research and analysis.
As part of VF's E&SR Reporting team, the E&SR Reporting and Compliance Project Coordinator will have the unique opportunity to collaborate with teams across the global enterprise including, but not limited to, sustainability, legal, finance, product stewardship, responsible sourcing, inclusion and diversity, government affairs, communications and supply chain.

Reporting support:
- Implement project management best practices for cross-functional Environmental and Social Responsibility reporting initiatives.
- Provide ongoing project management support, including developing project timelines, coordinating meetings and stakeholder outreach, and regularly updating reporting management systems.
- Support the development of regulatory and voluntary disclosures, including CSRD, ISSB, CDP, stakeholder questionnaires, ESG ratings, ad hoc requests, and website updates.
- Support the content and data collection and review process.
- Monitor current and emerging ESG regulatory requirements.
- Regularly update internal stakeholders on evolving ESG regulatory timelines and requirements.
- Conduct research, analysis, and benchmarking on key sustainability topics, gaps and opportunities, and peer disclosures.

The foundation skills you will need in this position are:
- Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in related field required. Master's degree preferred. - Demonstrated familiarity with ESG reporting and regulatory frameworks, including CSRD, ISSB, and TCFD, and the broader regulatory landscape.
- Experience collecting ESG-related data, including environmental and social data sets.
- Proficiency using Excel, Smartsheet, or similar tools to support analysis and reporting.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information succinctly and visually to a variety of stakeholders.
- Experience working cross-functionally and tailoring communications for different stakeholders.
- Ability to support multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with limited supervision.
- Ability to prioritize and manage workload based on deadlines and resource availability.
- Location requirement: hybrid role in Denver, CO.
