Job Details

Success in this role is measured by delivering exceptional patient experiences through consultative conversations, regulatory compliance, accurate documentation, and consistent execution—not solely by patient acceptance rates. While helping patients move forward with therapy is an important objective, a well-executed conversation may also result in an informed decision to decline treatment. Consultants are evaluated on their ability to provide clarity, establish realistic expectations, explain financial responsibility, and ensure every patient understands their available options and next steps.

Consultants are expected to use approved scripts as a framework for delivering accurate and compliant information, not as a word-for-word conversation guide. They should adapt their communication style to the individual patient while ensuring all required disclosures, compliance elements, and consent requirements are consistently met. Every interaction should clearly explain the patient's care pathway, insurance process, and next steps without creating confusion or making commitments outside Altivera's control.

Salary: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
