Our reach is global, with headquarters in Denver, Colorado, and offices across the U.S., Canada, and India.
Vertafore’s MGA and Wholesale business is the fastest-growing part of our portfolio. We are looking for a hands‑on product leader with strong insurance, MGA, or enterprise software experience to lead product management across our MGA solutions and drive the rollout of AI agents across our teams. This is a broad, build‑it role that shapes the products and the way we work in one of Vertafore’s highest‑growth markets.
As Vice President, you will own product strategy and execution across the MGA portfolio, including AIM, Surefyre, MGA Systems, and Net Rate, while championing the adoption of AI agents across product, services, support, and development. You will operate both strategically and tactically, defining the problems your products solve, maintaining a well‑prepared roadmap and backlog, and partnering with engineering to deliver. The role also reaches beyond traditional product management to include training, sales enablement, and ownership of the headcount that supports business operations for the unit.
Your objectives are tied directly to business metrics such as retention, adoption, and customer satisfaction.
You will work across product, professional services, support, development, sales, and marketing to keep the MGA business aligned and moving. You will serve as a connective leader internally, bringing structure and shared standards to a growing organization, and you will represent the MGA portfolio externally with customers and partners when it counts.
