Title: Business Intelligence Analyst
Location: Denver, CO
Industry: Construction Materials / Heavy Industrial (Cement, Aggregates, Ready‑Mix, Logistics)
Salary: $100k–$125k + Bonus + more!
What You Will Do:The Business Intelligence Analyst develops dashboards, reporting tools, and data‑driven insights that improve performance visibility across Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial, and Finance. This role supports daily execution and strategic decision‑making by transforming complex data into clear, actionable recommendations. You’ll play a key part in strengthening KPI accuracy, standardizing reporting, and driving continuous improvement across a multi‑product industrial business.
Key Responsibilities Performance Visibility & KPI Tracking- Build and maintain dashboards that provide real‑time visibility into critical KPIs, risks, and bottlenecks.
- Consolidate cross‑functional inputs into a single source of truth for rapid decision‑making.
- Produce daily/weekly summaries highlighting deviations, root causes, and recommended actions.
- Ensure reporting drives accountability by clearly tracking owners, actions, and expected outcomes.
- Design and enhance BI dashboards, forecasting tools, and analytics solutions supporting operations and supply chain optimization.
- Improve data pipelines, automation, and reporting reliability across platforms.
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and usability across all reporting systems.
- Standardize reporting across key processes to ensure comparability and metric reliability.
- Generate exception reporting to identify performance gaps and operational risks.
- Translate data into actionable insights and communicate clear recommendations to business leaders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of BI, analytics, or data‑driven operations experience, ideally within construction materials or heavy industrial manufacturing
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and data modeling
- Experience with SAP, ERP systems, and data warehousing
- Ability to translate operational data into insights that drive performance and accountability
- Strong communication skills across operations, supply chain, commercial, and finance
- High attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset
- Experience in cement, aggregates, ready‑mix, or other construction materials operations (Bonus)
- Background in manufacturing, industrial production, or heavy industrial environments (Bonus)
