We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our growing team on a W2 basis. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver technology solutions that drive business success.
Key Responsibilities- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, and use cases.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Facilitate requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
- Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate business requirements.
- Monitor project progress, manage requirement changes, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- 2 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in business requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, SQL, and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Healthcare, Insurance, Retail, or Fin Tech domains is preferred.
- ECBA, CCBA, CBAP, or PMI-PBA certifications are a plus.
