The

Purpose:

We’re looking for a highly organized Project Management Assistant to join our operations team in Denver. In this entry-level role, you’ll support project workflows, maintain critical project data, and help ensure seamless communication between the office and production teams. You’ll play an essential part in keeping projects on track, assisting with cost reporting, and helping deliver high-quality results for our clients.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on opportunity to grow your skills and build a foundation for a career in project management and production operations.

The Job:

  • Provide daily support to Project Managers, Operations leadership, and Management across multiple active projects.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project data using spreadsheet-based platforms such as Smartsheet and Microsoft Excel.
  • Purchase and coordinate materials needed for projects being built by the Production/Shop team, ensuring materials are ordered accurately and available when needed.
  • Track project budgets and expenses; generate job cost reports to ensure projects stay within scope.
  • Review project costs and proactively identify any discrepancies or concerns, collaborating with Project Managers to resolve them.
  • Help organize project documentation to support accurate communication across all departments.
  • Support special projects, urgent needs, and other tasks as needed.

The Person:

  • At least 1 year of experience in support or coordination in an office environment.
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Positive and collaborative team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Dependable, responsible, and committed to delivering high-quality work.

Colorado Salary and Benefit Statement:

The salary range displayed is specifically for those potential hires who will work or reside in the state of Colorado if selected for the role. Any salary offered is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience.

This position is eligible for health care benefits, life insurance, time off benefits and participation in the Company's 401(k) plan.
