Job Title
General description of main/primary duties and responsibilities of the job, aptitude, level of complexity, span of control, autonomy, decision making and judgement. It is central and necessary to the satisfactory performance of the job. Includes the following and other duties as assigned.
Under general supervision, this position will:
- Support the preparation and analysis of budgeting and forecasting information for management review.
- Support long-range planning efforts through data collection, reporting, and analysis related to pipeline, facility, and inventory projects.
- Monitor project progress, track key activities, identify potential issues, and communicate findings to project stakeholders.
- Document and analyze program progress by tracking aggregated project costs and activity.
- Coordinate with project managers to capture schedule changes and ensure accuracy.
- Compile and track Connection Notices, AFEs, and PO submittals to ensure approved items are submitted for purchase and to monitor the approval workflow, preventing delays in the processing of AFEs and purchase orders.
- Develop and maintain performance metrics, dashboards, and KPI reporting to support project decision-making.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in related field from an accredited institution. Field of Study:
Accounting, Business, Finance, Engineering or related field. At least two (2) years of related experience.
Core competencies:
Working knowledge of financial and accounting principles, with ability to evaluate business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support informed business decisions. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with the ability to develop reports, analyses, and presentations. Basic understanding of project budgeting, cost tracking, forecasting, schedule management, and project reporting. Basic understanding of midstream oil and gas operations, facilities, and capital projects, or the ability to quickly learn industry concepts.
Strong organizational and project coordination skills, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives, prioritize competing demands, and consistently meet deadlines. Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and maintain accountability for assigned objectives and deliverables. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data; identify trends and provide data-driven insights and recommendations under guidance from senior team members.
Ability to gather, validate, organize, and maintain data from multiple sources while ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Adaptable and resilient in a dynamic business environment with ability to adjust priorities and business requirements. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
Supervisory responsibilities:
Functions as an individual contributor with no supervisory responsibilities.

Job is primarily performed in an office setting with exposure to computer screens and requires regular use of a computer, keyboard, mouse, and multi-line telephone system. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and ability to adjust focus.

Regular business hours.
Physical demands:
Minimally required to sit, stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. Minimally lift, push, carry and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Travel:
Minimal travel may be required to other locations. Approximate overnight travel is 5%.
