An established national truck-trailer rental and leasing organization is hiring an Operations Management Trainee in Denver, CO. The Operations Management Trainee role offers exposure to branch operations, customer account management, equipment inspections, vendor coordination, and transportation yard activity. Key Responsibilities- Support daily branch operations in a transportation yard and office environment, with approximately 80 percent outdoor work and 20 percent office work.
- Assist customers with trailer rental needs, equipment options, account questions, and service-related concerns.
- Inspect trailers using handheld technology, including identifying damage, equipment issues, and repair needs.
- Manage customer account tasks, including credit support, collections assistance, and insurance verification.
- Coordinate repair assignments with vendors and trailer mechanics to help keep equipment available and rental-ready.
- Use operational systems and technology to manage inventories, equipment status, and daily branch activity.
- Compensation: $24.00 to $27.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Hours:
Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm. - Available
Schedule:

- Strong customer service skills, including the ability to handle complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Self-starter with strong motivation, critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and a conscientious work style.
- Comfortable working primarily outdoors in a transportation yard environment.
- Ability to use handheld devices and operational technology to complete inspections, inventory tasks, and equipment management activities.
- Interest in long-term career growth in operations management, outside sales, or branch leadership.
- Experience working with business customers in a fast-paced service environment.
- Comfort communicating with vendors, mechanics, customers, and internal branch teams.
