- Lead and develop product support or solution portfolio planning across the entire lifecycle
- Ensure conformance to pricing strategies, end-to-end service delivery, sales readiness, and related processes
- Represent services on product or solution portfolio core teams
- Provide service requirements during product development stages and phases
- Support product warranty analysis, cost analysis, and service product marketing content/collateral

- Lead complex cross-functional activities with significant impact on the services business
- Mentor and guide peers and lower-level employees
- Typically 12+ years to demonstrate mastery of Service Business Management
- Advanced experience in several related disciplines, including delivery, solution architecting, or business planning
- High knowledge of the IT and services industry
- In-depth knowledge of company organization and policies, service offerings, end-to-end processes, tools, and routes to market
- Unique mastery and recognized authority in the area of responsibility
- Solid technical and state-of-the-art functional or business knowledge
- Highly developed problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lead and inspire teams, develop relationships across organizations, and accomplish goals under pressure
- Strong independent judgment
- Ability to design reports correctly and interpret their output
- Highly developed project/program management and change management skills
- Solid understanding of business planning methods and business acumen
