Pay

Range

$41,600.00-$52,600.00 Annual

This is the base salary pay range that an applicant can expect to make upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors.

Interns thrive at JM because they are given the opportunity to contribute to meaningful work alongside experienced professionals and leaders. As a Product Management Intern in Denver, CO, you will support cross-functional business initiatives that improve product information, customer experience, operational effectiveness, and long-term decision-making. You will gain hands‑on exposure to product portfolio management, data analysis, operations, and business case development while working with teams across the organization.

This position will begin in May 2027 and go until August of 2027.

POTENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support Product Management projects from initial research and analysis through recommendations and implementation planning.
  • Analyze product, customer, operational, and financial information toidentifyimprovement opportunities and support business decisions.
  • Partner with Operations and other cross‑functional teams tovalidateproduct capabilities and improve the accuracy and consistency of product information.
  • Assist with product portfolio alignment and updates to internal reference tools, product documentation, and customer‑facing materials.
  • Evaluate operational improvement and modernization opportunities, including technology, automation, supply chain, and investment alternatives.
  • Develop clear business cases, project updates, and recommendations for review with Product Management and functional leadership.
  • Coordinate project activities across Product Management, Operations, Customer Service, Marketing, Data Governance, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders.
  • Document project findings, decisions, risks, and next steps to support sustainable process improvements.
  • Present project progress and final recommendations to functional leaders at the conclusion of the internship.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Ideal major is Engineering with a minor in business
  • Completed at least thefreshmanyear of undergraduate coursework and currently enrolled at an accredited college or university.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to organize information, analyze data, communicate clearly, and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work in Denver, Colorado for the duration of the internship.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • GPA of at least 3.0 at an accredited college or university.
  • Engineering Major, Business Minor or Double Major
  • Demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Basic understanding of production processes.
  • Strategic and creative thinking
